Dress for Success is set to host an open house in their new space on Sept. 26.
The organization moved to their new location, one floor above their previous office in the Jingoli Properties Princeton Pike Office Park, on May 1.
The Container Store corporate office and their Cherry Hill team designed and installed an organization system for the new boutique and storage room.
Through the Global Giving Grant and employee volunteer days, NRG Energy helped the organization to expand their Career Center services to disadvantaged women in greater Mercer County who need a job and career development tools.
“The generous Global Giving Grant from NRG supports the expansion of our full-service Client Service Center, and will enable us to serve more than 500 women in 2013 with our unique suite of career development programs. We are grateful to NRG for their investment in our mission and for the strong staff support of our programs,” executive director Lorrie Klaric said in a statement.
The open house is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. at 3131 Princeton Pike, Building 4, Suite 209, Lawrenceville. The event includes tours of their new office and information on Dress for Success programs, volunteer opportunities and events.
Dress for Success Mercer County has helped more than 2,000 women in six counties achieve confidence and success in the workplace since 2007. The organization provides free services to job ready clients by referral.
