Anna Rehwinkel and Brendon Morfe, both graduates of High School South, are planning a September wedding.

The bride to be graduated from South in 2001 and Johns Hopkins in 2005. She received a Ph.D. in psychology from LaSalle University in 2009 and is a psychologist in New Jersey. She is the daughter of Cathy and Tom Rehwinkel of Skillman.

The prospective bridegroom graduated from South in 2002 and the University of Delaware. He is a sales executive with Paychex in New Jersey. His parents are Carmen and Mike Morfe of West Windsor.

The University Medical Center at Princeton has announced the following birth:

A son was born to West Windsor residents Mitsuko and Hirokazu Mizuguchi, March 30.

John T. Pope Jr, 63, died March 16 in Germany. Born in Piscataway, he served in the Army during Vietnam. Survivors include a brother, William Pope of Plainsboro.

Charlotte Edith Buckley, 70, of Weston, VT, died March 18. She lived in Plainsboro from 1980 to 2000.

Born in the Bronx, she received degrees from Mercer Community College and Douglass College at Rutgers, and a master of divinity from Seton Hall.

She worked for the State Department of Human Services, and taught at Stuart Country Day School. She and her husband helped build Queenship of Mary.

Survivors include her husband Thaddeus Buckley of Weston; three children, Jennifer Buckley of Bloomington, IN, Kathleen Buckley Miller of Denver, CO, and Elizabeth Buckley of Burlington, VT; two granddaughters; two siblings, Ann O’Day Laychak of Goodyear, AZ, and George O’Day Jr. of Temecula, CA.

Barbara Elizabeth Bain, 78, of Fairfield Glade, TN, died March 19. Born in Trenton, she lived in Plainsboro and Cranbury until 1999. She graduated from Princeton High School and worked for the Borden Cheese Company and twice served as the director of the Mercer County Board of Realtors.

Survivors include her son, Michael Alan Brusky; daughter-in-law, Bebe Brezanin-Brusky; grandchildren, Adam Trent Brusky and Taylor Marie Brusky; her sister, Marjorie Davison Bird; her daughter, Bonnie Dunbar; son-in-law, James H. “Jock” Dunbar III; daughter-in-law Vicki Bain, and grandchildren, Darin S. Bain, Nora Bain Scheer, Jonathan W. Bain, and James H. “JD” Dunbar IV. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 21, at 2 p.m., in Brainerd Cemetery at the First Presbyterian Church of Cranbury.

Shirley June Hood Garnier, 85, of Hamilton Square died March 30. Survivors include a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Mel Sanders of West Windsor. Donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Hamilton Square, College Scholarship Foundation, 3550 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, or the National Parkinson Foundation, 1501 NW 9th Avenue, Miami, FL 33136.

George J. Petiya, 81, of Middlesex died March 30. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Joan and John Tampellini of West Windsor. Donations may be made to Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church, 600 Harris Avenue, Middlesex 08846; or the Middlesex Rescue Squad, 1400 Mountain Avenue, Middlesex 08846.

Kathleen M. Weber Hill, 67, of Monroe died April 2. Born and raised in Trenton, she was a longtime Plainsboro resident. A graduate of Georgian Court College, she taught English in South Brunswick for 35 years.

Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Richard J. Hill of Monroe; two brothers and sister-in-laws Robert D. and Linda Weber of Lawrenceville, and John R. and Peg Weber of Yardley, PA; and a brother-in-law, Jonathan L. Hill of Thornwood, NY

M. Mildred McDaniel, 82, of Warner Robins, Georgia, died April 4. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Pat and Joel Timberlake of West Windsor. Donations may be made to the Pine Pointe Hospice of Central Georgia at 6261 Peake Road, Macon, GA 31210.

Allyson Strober Hamilton, 48, of Hebron, New York, died April 5. Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Brad and Judi Strober of West Windsor. Donations may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure Connecticut at komenct.org or at 74 Batterson Park Road, Farmington, CT 06032.

Josephine C. Keating, 98, of Atlantic City died April 5. Survivors include a niece and her husband, Meg and Jim McLaughlin of West Windsor; and a nephew and his wife, Rick and Irene Zoog of Plainsboro.

Patricia Maliff, 42, of Wall died April 5. Survivors include a sister and brother-in-law, Sheila and Jim Morrissey of West Windsor. Visitation will be Friday, April 13, at the Reilly Funeral Home, 801 D Street, Belmar, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, April 14, at 10 a.m., at Holy Innocents Roman Catholic Church, Neptune. Donations may be made to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.

Veronica Ann Swain, 88, of Pennington died April 6. Survivors include a sister, Stephanie Chester of West Windsor.

Louise Smutek, 91, of Matawan died April 9. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Richard J. and Diane Smutek of West Windsor.
