Mary James Lovett, 60, of West Windsor died September 15 at the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. Born in Greenville, North Carolina, she lived in New Jersey for most of her life.

Michael T. Hartsough, 58, of Ewing died September 18. He was a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia; and Rutgers School of Law, Camden. Founding partner of several Mercer County law firms including Hartsough, Kenny, Chase & Sullivan, Hamilton, from which he retired in 2011; he represented many local municipalities and governing bodies including West Windsor Township.
He also served as a trustee on numerous boards, including the New Jersey State Building Authority, Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, and Mercer County Library Commission.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Jane Kiernan; his two sons, Matthew and Kyle; his parents, Albert and Mary Ellen Hartsough; and siblings. Flora B. Mallette, 78, of Lawrenceville died September 21. Survivors include a daughter, Darlene Lindsey of West Windsor. Constance W. Jurrens, 65, of Kingston died September 22 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Born in Princeton, she was a lifelong Kingston resident. A graduate of Douglass College with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, she was an executive secretary with the WW-P School District before retiring in 2011.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Gerald J. Jurrens; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Curtis Jurrens, Kevin and Amber Jurrens; a brother and sister-in-law, Bill and MaryLu Wesp; and a granddaughter, Charlotte Lynn Jurrens. Russell Weiss Jr., 61, of Hamilton died September 22. He represented boards of education throughout the state, including WW-P Regional; and served as president and as an officer of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys for many years.
Born in Newark, he was raised in Irvington. A graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick and Rutgers-Camden Law School, he practiced law for 31 years, first serving as general counsel to the New Jersey School Boards Association, then as an attorney in private practice. A founding partner of Carroll & Weiss in Lawrenceville, the firm later merged with Parker McCay P.A., where Russ was a shareholder and co-chair of the school law department.
Survivors include his wife, Christina; four daughters and sons-in-law, Emily and Sean Daly of Lumberton; Katherine Weiss and Jason Sarli of Medford Lakes; Margaret and Christopher Collins of Medford Lakes, and Caroline and Thomas Long of Tabernacle; his stepsons and stepdaughters-in-law, Daniel and Robyn Klim of East Windsor, Michael Klim and Amy Peraza of Verona; and 12 grandchildren.
