Gymnastics team qualifies for finals

The Schafer School of Gymnastics team members, Arielle Weekes,Reagan Kliefoth, Nikki Ashely, Julia Peters, Charlotte Bohra, Mari Kwak, Rebecca Willner, Grace Dismukes, and Alexa Sullivan at the NJ Sectional meet in December. Scores from this meet qualified the team for state finals.

The Schafer School of Gymnastics girls teams competed in the NJ Sectional meet Dec. 8 and 9.

The level 4, 5, and 6 teams competed in the floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars and vault. Scores from each event were tallied for an all-around score.

The team’s all-around score qualified them for the State Finals set for January for the level 5 and 6 team and February for the level 4 team.
