Hamilton Elks announce drug awareness poster contest winners

The Hamilton Elks, in conjunction with the Hamilton Alliance Against Substance Abuse, recently conducted a drug awareness poster contest and received more than 400 entries from township students.

The eight first-place winners were presented with a $50 check, and all 21 winners and their families were treated to a luncheon at the lodge facility after the ceremony.

The first place winners are — pictured above from left, front row — Ava Stanley, Mercerville Elementary School; Rachel Batz-Gonzalez, Wilson Elementary School; Maria Iraheta, Wilson Elementary School; Cali Holliday, Mercerville Elementary School; Eliza Salzano, University Heights Elementary School; Kayla Vo, Kisthardt Elementary School; Linda Zeedan, Morgan Elementary School; and Daniella Debonis, Yardville Heights Elementary School.
