St. Francis Medical Center recently launched Online Bill Pay on its website.
The new service enables patients to pay their hospital bill through the “Patients & Visitors” section of the medical center’s website.
Patients have the option of creating an account or making a one-time payment.
If a patient chooses to create an account, he or she can access payment history, prior statements, and make a payment. Account members can also register for e-statements, where e-mail notifications are sent each time a new statement is available.
Communication with Online Bill Pay is done through encryption, ensuring all data transmission is secure.
There is no cost to sign-up for Online Bill Pay. Payments can be made through a checking account or by any major credit card.
