Mary E. Calla, 76, of Plainsboro died July 5.
Jean Williamson, 82, of Princeton died July 3 at Merwick Care Center in Plainsboro. Survivors include a sister, Shirley Ganges of Plainsboro.
Robert S. Macechak, 64, of Plainsboro died July 10 at home. He moved to Plainsboro in 1990. He was a commercial real estate appraiser for 25 years.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen (Hermanns) Macechak; his mother-in-law, Rosalie Hermanns; and sisters-in-law, Linda Byrd and her husband Harvey of North Carolina, Jennie Morin and her husband Patrick of New Jersey, and Mary Shumaker and her husband Joseph of Maine.

Judith A. Lockett, 77, of Robbinsville died July 20. Born in Trenton, she was a longtime resident of West Windsor. She was a payroll representative for McGraw-Hill in East Windsor.
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Tom and Karen Pawliski of Robbinsville and Gary Pawliski of Florida; her daughters, Jill Kline of Robbinsville and Tammy Myrick of Hightstown; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Jim and his wife, Betty Jean, of South Carolina; and her Aunt Katherine of Florida. Barbara L. Goldberg, 69, of Columbus, died July 16 at Alterra Clare Bridge of Hamilton. A former resident of Plainsboro, survivors include her husband, Ed. They founded Odessa Klezmer Band, which performs regularly at the West Windsor Farmers Market.
“Barbara will be very much missed. Before the cancer took its toll, we led a life full of adventure and music throughout the world. She was always at my side as my best friend and love of my life through hiking mountain trails, bike rides, traveling locations, exotic and close to home,” writes her husband. “Barbara was the focal point of the band, musically and visually. Musicians listened and synced on her drumming. Steady, solid as a rock. Her sound, her rhythmic control, her visual presence sitting elegantly with the drum in her lap. I will miss her deeply in the band. Barbara was Odessa.”

Roger Cantoni, 59, of Plainsboro died July 19. After he had a cardiac arrest, his car crashed on Route 1 South in Lawrenceville.
Born in Brooklyn, he graduated from Baruch College with a bachelor’s in journalism and computer science. He was director of business development for New Horizon Treatment Services in Trenton.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Carol; his daughters, Meredith LaBrie and Alyssa Cantoni; his mother, Lorenza Cantoni; and three brothers, Ronald, Laurence and Michael.
Alda Viarengo Atkinson, 84, a resident of West Windsor for close to 50 years, died July 22.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Edward W. Atkinson; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Ronald Magro; and four grandchildren, Daniel J., Nina M., Joseph E., and John F.
A graduate of St. John’s University, she worked for the American Legion Magazine. She used her Italian language skills to volunteer at the Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic (now Learning Ally) in West Windsor.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday, July 26, at 11:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 611 Knowles Avenue, Southampton, PA. Visitation is from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
