Robin H. Rome of West Windsor, a partner at the law firm of Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, was selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine. The firm was also awarded a platinum award for private sector law firm from the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association.
Usually presented to an individual, the award was presented to the entire firm by recognizing contributions to the advancement of women in the legal profession. Rome joined Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, a women-owned business, in 2008. She and her husband have two children.
David Neufeld of Plainsboro was selected for the 2012 New Jersey Super Lawyers list in New Jersey Monthly. The list is compiled through a selection process by both peers and independent research.
“No, I cannot leap tall buildings in any number of bounds,” said Neufeld when asked about this accolade, “but I am always grateful when my legal accomplishments are recognized by my peers and organizations such as Super Lawyers.”
A graduate of Duke University, he received his J.D. from New York Law School and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. He has been a member of the board of trustees of Prosperity New Jersey and was on the editorial advisory board of the Asset Protection Journal. His law practice is on Vaughn Drive in West Windsor.
He is also on the board of directors of the Jewish Federation of Princeton/Mercer/Bucks. With a hobby as a stand-up comic, he hopes his next honor will be New Jersey’s Funniest Super Lawyer.
