The West Windsor Planning Board last month approved an application for the construction of a new two-story building on Princeton-Hightstown Road.##M:[more]##
The board unanimously granted S&S Investments approval to construct a 26,”400-square-foot building on a four-acre parcel located in the West Windsor Business Park complex between Slayback Drive and South Mill Road. The building would be located behind the two existing buildings on the site.
The site was originally zoned residential before the township voted to change it to commercial use last March. The zoning board originally denied the applicant a zoning change several years ago, but S&S won the right to construct the building as a result of a lawsuit filed against the township.
One condition of the approval was a requirement improving the exit onto Slayback Drive to better alert drivers and pedestrians of the T-intersection.
