Yu “Taylor” Zhong. Mr. Zhong holds a degree in physics from Fudan University and a master’s degree from Clarkson University.
He has been working for Wall Street firms for over 15 years. His education and working experience give him abundant experience in how to achieve a new height on education in a student’s view. Zhong moved to Plainsboro in 2007. He has twin sons, Andrew and Brian, who are 10th graders at High School South.
These years, he cares about district’s education quality, which is just the same as every parent who wants their sons and daughters study in a better environment. What’s different is that, as a school board member who is finishing his first term, he has listened to hundreds of parents, made informed decision and has taken a lot of actions to improve the things the parents want to improve, rather than just sit in front of the table, complaining loudly without any verbal actions. He also wants good education for all the students. He owns property in Plainsboro and his present goal is to make property tax under control. To achieve this, he will watch district budget with caution.
Taylor is a nice person and he respects people and works well with others. I am all convinced he has the ability to improve our education environment.
