MarketFair has a wealth of eateries, yet there’s still never enough. The majority are great for times when one has time for full sit-down service (think PF Chang, Big Fish, On the Border, Macaroni Grill, Friday’s), but when you are looking for a quicker meal, the only choice is the Food Court, where the offerings are, to be bluntly honest, pretty boring and overpriced.
As someone who works in the complex, I would welcome the Bobby Flay alternative. C’mon, West Windsor, loosen up and approve the application. Remember, this IS on Route 1, one of the ugliest roads in the state, boxed in by traffic made increasingly worse by the ineptitude of state highway planners. There is no positive environment to be preserved.
