WW government does NOT need:
A). 2 finance professionals;
B). 2 staff engineers;
C). 1 landscape architect;
D). director, recreation department: part-time will suffice;
E). a $5 million municipal renovation;
West Windsor Township DOES need to:
F). outsource much of the Department of Public Works and implement GPS;
G). rightsize police department personnel and operations;
H). hire a responsive, experienced, and innovative business administrator;
I). change the current form of mayor-council government, which is neither more accountable nor more cost effective. The mayor should always be present during municipal meetings.
J). effect quarterly budget reviews to right-size municipal spending.
