The Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce recently announced two staff changes.
After eight years of leadership with the Commerce, Adam Perle, Vice President, is moving forward in a new role as President & CEO with ArtPride New Jersey. ArtPride promotes the value of arts to New Jersey’s quality of life, education and economic vitality and advocates at local, state and national levels for funding, support and recognition of the arts.
As Vice President, Adam helped grow the Princeton Regional Chamber from a midsized chamber in 2006 to one of the largest regional chambers in the State. Adam also oversaw the Princeton Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau, the official destination marketing organization for the Princeton Mercer Region.
John Thurber, Chairman of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce said, “The Chamber Board is grateful for Adam’s many years of outstanding service and wish him well in this new position. The Chamber’s work with arts and cultural organizations in the Princeton region has provided Adam with a deep appreciation for the value of the arts as an economic engine as well as being a vital component of our quality of life.”
The Chamber also announced that effective Thursday, Jan. 1, Chamber staff member Jennifer Guhl is being promoted to Director of Marketing & Communications for the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce. A native of Hillsborough, NJ, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City. For the past year, Jennifer’s role has consisted of marketing and promotion, advertising sales, graphic design, event planning and overseeing the Princeton Region Young Professionals program.
“Jennifer is well suited in her new role as Marketing and Communications Director to implement the strategies and regional marketing approach that will continue to expand the Princeton Regional Chamber’s membership outreach across the Princeton/Mercer and the Central New Jersey region,” said Peter Crowley, President & CEO of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce.
