YWCA Princeton has appointed Tricia Daley as its new chief financial officer.
Daley brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit and for-profit financial leadership to one of Central New Jersey’s most active social service organizations.
Daley joins the organization at a pivotal moment as it works to strengthen financial strategy, improve operations, and ensure long-term sustainability. Her appointment was announced April 15 by YWCA Princeton CEO Rose Wong.
“We are committed to building a strong foundation for the future of our organization and the communities we serve,” Wong said. “Tricia brings the experience, vision, and collaborative spirit that will help us grow sustainably and deepen our impact.”
Daley has a track record of guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and expansion, having managed financial portfolios exceeding $40 million. Her expertise includes financial planning and analysis, audit and compliance oversight, systems implementation, and team development.
She is known for improving financial reporting, streamlining operations, and achieving measurable cost savings.
Previously, Daley implemented modernized financial systems, accelerated month-end close processes, and introduced transparency-driven fiscal policies.
She holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and is experienced with a wide array of financial platforms, including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP Concur, and Salesforce.
“Tricia Daley’s appointment marks a significant step forward in YWCA Princeton’s mission to eliminate racism and empower women through strong, values-driven leadership and sound fiscal management,” the organization said in a statement.
YWCA Princeton, based in Mercer County, offers a range of services including childcare, ESL classes, a breast cancer resource center, economic empowerment programming, and equity advocacy for women and girls.
