The Zoning Board heard four applications at its January 24 meeting. Three were approved with conditions:
420 Mount Lucas Road. Brett Bonfield and Beth Fila, owners and applicants, requesting a floor area ratio variance to permit construction of an addition to an existing single-family dwelling.
170 Terhune Road. Grosso Homes LLC, owner and applicants, requesting a C1 variance to permit construction of a new single-family house on a non-conforming lot. The lot does not meet the minimum required frontage and width.
48 Cleveland Lane. Elizabeth and Steven Baglio, owners and applicants, requesting a C1/C2 variance to permit construction of two additions in exception to the required side and rear yard setbacks. A variance from the impervious coverage requirement is required.
The application below was denied:
162 & 166 Linden Lane. Aneesh and Simi Bakshi, owners and applicants, appealing the zoning officer’s determination that a D1 variance is required to permit the continued use of two three-unit residential dwellings.
