Princeton Public Library is set to present a French cinema series January through February.
Four films with English subtitles are set to be screened in the library’s community room at 7:00 p.m..

8 Femmes (Eight Women) is set for Feb. 4. The library said the film is the story of eight women who are all suspects in the death of a man with whom they live.
La Haine (The Hate) is set for Feb. 18. The library said the film looks at the racial and cultural volatility in modern-day France through the story of three young friends and their struggle to live in the suburbs of Paris.
