Thanks for Public Works

I have been a resident of West Windsor for 25 years. The Public Works Department has always been made up of hard working men and women in our township.

During much of the year their hard work is behind scenes and not easily noticed by most residents. We are now approaching fall with leaf collection and winter with snow and ice removal. This is when their very hard work stands out as they make our streets clean and safe for all residents, weather we bike, use a car, or walk.

With all that they do, they do not get the recognition and respect they deserve. I would hope that the town properly compensates them, in wages and benefits, for the fine and difficult job that they do for all of us. Also, I ask my fellow West Windsor residents to join me in supporting these hard working men and women of the Public Works Department.

As always thank you for all the hard work you do for our township.
