Thank You to WW, Princeton Police

A public thank you is in order to the West Windsor and Princeton Police departments for the care and precision with which they oversaw the annual Chabad caravan/parade of Chanukah lights through West Windsor and Princeton.

For those of us who participated, we were amazed with the ability of both police forces to keep our large and long line up of cars — each with a Chanukah Menorah on the roof — together, moving smoothly, and uninterrupted through both towns, including crossing Route 1.

We thank them for their care and ability to support our “lighting up” our communities and spreading the message of Chanukah, a holiday that celebrates the first struggle in history to protect religious freedom.

With much appreciation,

Maxine Elkins
