I was deeply saddened to learn that Xuande Guo, the pedestrian struck by a car on Clarksville Road on October 9, has died. The driver should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Perhaps if there were appropriate punishment for hitting a pedestrian/cyclist with a car, this madness would come to a welcome end!
