I would like to acknowledge two guidance counselors: Neeru Narang from High School South and Linda Morell from High School North. Over the past few years these two counselors have helped me select candidates for Boys’ State, an American Legion project at Rider University. The Junior Boys receive a week’s course in state government.
These counselors have spent many hours helping the Legion choose the best candidates possible. Many of these candidates go on to the military academies and from there go on to become future leaders of the United States. The American Legion deeply appreciates the assistance of these women.
