Four Mercer County residents spent the summer interning for Rep. Rush Holt.

They are among 16 students who were selected to intern at Holt’s congressional offices in West Windsor and Washington D.C.

Ewing resident Andrew Grossman, Sophia Eisenberg and Emily Feuer of Princeton and Alison Aimers of West Windsor served as interns in the West Windsor office. Princeton Junction resident Yujin Lee interned in the Washington, D.C. office.

Congressional interns are selected on a competitive basis and contribute in a variety of ways to Holt’s service to central New Jersey, including aiding in legislative research, attending congressional hearings, conducting community outreach, troubleshooting constituent issues with federal agencies, and helping with office administrative duties.

Interns in the summer session are currently serving through August.
