One year ago, Romy Toussaint, owner of Romy Yoga, transitioned her in-home studio to the offices of Complete Health of Lawrenceville at the request of owner Dr. Jeff Clancey, who wanted to add yoga to his chiropractic, physical therapy, fitness and massage practice.

This past August, the union was completed when Natalie DiMambro, owner of Firefly Yoga and Wellness, also transitioned her studio to Complete Health. The merger of Romy Yoga and Firefly Yoga resulted in the new Complete Health Yoga Studio, fulfilling the vision of Dr Clancey to create a welcoming physical space for experts in healthcare, fitness and healing to support our local community.

The teachers at Complete Health Yoga are dedicated to exploring the entire mind, body, spirit continuum to ensure all students reach their highest potential. Offering a variety of physically demanding vinyasa flow classes, Hatha yoga, meditation classes and gentle yoga with slow, restorative poses, each class is designed for the students to leave feeling that more than their bodies were stretched. Monthly workshop offerings further explore various yoga practices and philosophy.

Complete Health Yoga strives to to provide a compassionate and stimulating environment where every student, beginner or advanced, can learn, grow and evolve from their very first visit.

An official grand opening for Complete Health Yoga studio is set to take place in December. The Studio is located on 136 Franklin Corner Road, Lawrenceville.
