For the third year in a row Belinda Silver, a member of the Lawrence Library knitting circle initiated a community drive to collect handmade scarves and hats to donate to HomeFront, an organization that helps families end the cycle of poverty. The drive resulted in more than 30 scarves and 25 adult and children’s hats.
