Lawrence teacher starts lacrosse club

Lawrence Intermediate School teacher Dan Brennan stands with Lacrosse Club members.

Lawrence Intermediate School fifth grade teacher Dan Brennan is helping students become better lacrosse players.

Brennan started a lacrosse club using a grant he received from the Lawrence Township Education Foundation.

More than 30 students have participated in this club that offers them the opportunity to stay after school and learn to play lacrosse.

Students are learning the fundamentals of the sport and how to handle the sticks.
