Hamilton Jewelers to close Lawrenceville store

After 40 years in Lawrenceville, Hamilton Jewelers is set to close its location on Route 1.

Company president Hank Siegel said they decided to closed the store to accommodate renovations to the their Princeton flagship and expanded offerings at their Red Bank and Palm Beach, Fla. locations.

The Lawrenceville location must liquidate its inventory that cannot be integrated into the other stored.

Beginning April 18, Hamilton Jewelers will have a brief closing sale offering special prices on their fine jewelery and watch inventory at all of its stores.

The Larwrenceville store is set to be closed April 13 through 15 to prepare for the sale, which includes diamonds, precious hems, gifts and home décor.

Hamilton Jewelers was founded in 1912 and specializes in jewelery of its own design as well as by premium designers.
