NJ Bike Tours Covered Bridge Ride set for April 11

The Garden State Community Kitchen is partnering with NJ bike tours for a fundraiser bicycle tour on April 11. Participants can start anytime between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. and the tour will begin and end at Sourland Cycles, 53 East Broad Street in Hopewell.

The tour will consist of a 43 mile route to the Sergeantsville Covered Bridge and back to Sourland Cycles. Participants will bike through the picturesque farm region with rest stops at famous cyclist hangouts. The route is marked with highly visible signs available for download on GPS and cue sheets with directions will be provided. The event will also feautre full support with first aid, CPR and bike mechanic trained NJ bike tour guides and SAG vehicle support. All profits will go to the Garden State Community Kitchen.

The event will coincide with Sourland Cycles’ Grand Opening allowing participants to benefit from a one-day only discount, door prizes and raffles.

Registration for the Covered Bridge Ride is $45. Participants can register at njbiketours.com or bikereg.com/sourland-cycles-grand-opening.
