The event will feature Morris S. Fabian’s recollections of the agriculture industry from 1943 to 1962. The presentation will refer mainly to the dairy industry with attention to supporting business activities and Guernsey cattle farms in Hopewell Valley and beyond. It will highlight operations of Cool Meadows Farm, owned and operated by J. M. Fabian, breeder of Guernsey cattle and producer of Golden Guernsey milk. Selected observations and visuals will touch on times before and after the two-decade focus period.
