Beekeeping workshop to be held at organic farm

Ken Walters of YellowBee Honey is set to hold a beekeeping workshop at Blue Moon Acres farm on April 12 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Participants will be able to sample YellowBee products, learn about beekeeping and tour hives. The event is appropriate for both novice and experienced beekeepers.

Tickets are $20 per person and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to bee colony collapse research.

Blue Moon Acres is located 11 Willow Creek Drive, Pennington.
