Hamilton Township Mayor Kelly A. Yaede announced that Hamilton Township is the recipient of a $249,500 grant from the New Jersey Department of Transportation to repave a portion of Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road.

The grant is set to be used to repave a portion of Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road between Kuser Road and Cypress Lane.

This road repair is expected to be completed in 2014 and is in addition to more than 25 roads scheduled for repair in the 2013 budget, which cut government spending by approximately $1 million and included no tax increase.
