The organization, a subset of the RWJ Hamilton Foundation, brings together people ages 25 to 40 who set themselves apart from others by their willingness to volunteer to support RWJ Hamilton and contribute to the betterment of their local community.

The Young Professionals Group’s primary project is its $200,000 pledge to the RWJ Hamilton capital campaign for its Pediatric Emergency Center – a state-of-the-art facility that ensures local families have access to emergency care in a setting specially designed for their children’s needs. The YPG hosts three annual events to support this pledge including the All in Good Taste Event, the Toast to the Season business networking event and its Breakfast with Santa holiday family event. The group also commits to smaller projects and activities together and supports other organizations as a group such as 5K races an walks, chamber dinners and more.
