Rutgers Cooperative to offer free healthy living workshop series

Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Mercer County is set to host a free workshop series on healthy living starting Wednesday, July 1 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Classes will continue for six weeks thereafter. RCE is located at 930 Spruce Street in Lawrenceville.

Adults of all ages who are living with long term health conditions, as well as caregivers, are encouraged to take part in this workshop. Classes will help with managing symptoms, developing healthy eating and exercise habits, communicating effectively with doctors and health care teams, managing fear, anger and frustration, making daily tasks easier as well as feeling better and enjoying life to the fullest.
