The Nottingham Woman’s Club of Hamilton is set to kick off another year of community service projects.

The club, a longtime staple of Hamilton, provides assistance and services to community organizations and charities like Trenton Area Soup Kitchen and HomeFront.

Nottingham Woman’s Club members recently collected school supplies for TASK. Along with pencils, calculators and notebooks, the club’s donation includes backpacks contributed by New Balance Shoes of the Nassau Park Shopping Center.

In addition to service activities, the club offers programs each month in a congenial and vibrant atmosphere.

The club is set to start its fall season with its annual recruiting luncheon 12 p.m. Sept. 15 at First Presbyterian Church of Hamilton Square, 3550 Nottingham Way, Hamilton. Prospective members and guest are invited to come and hear the club’s agenda for the upcoming year.

To reserve a space at the luncheon, call club president Dwaine Sutherland at (609) 341-8198. Registration deadline is set for Sept. 11.
