The Hamilton Township Patriotic Committee plans to host a free ceremony in honor of Armed Forces Day on Saturday, May 16 at 11 a.m. The ceremony will be held at the East entrance of Veterans Park in Hamilton located on Yardville-Hamilton Square Road.

The event will be a tribute to the United States Armed Forces featuring color guards from various organizations, the Hamilton Police Honor Guard, the Ancient Order of Hibernians Pipe Band, the Hamilton High School West Select Choir and guest speakers.

A special ribbin cutting will also be held for the 29 new bricks added to the Memorial Walkway since last year’s event.
