Hamilton’s Health Division announced another flu clinic to help residents avoid contracting influenza during this severe flu season.

The additional flu clinic will take place on Monday, Feb. 26 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Hamilton Township Health Division Building — 2100 Greenwood Ave. This will be the second flu clinic that Hamilton Township will hold in February.

The clinic is free and for Hamilton residents only (proof of residency is required).

Children ages 3 and older may receive vaccinations, but minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. However, parents or guardians may wish to consult their physicians regarding vaccinations.

Flu vaccines are also available for homebound residents, by calling Hamilton’s Division of Health at 609-890-3884 to schedule an appointment.

Additionally, pneumonia vaccinations are available for Hamiltonians ages 65 and older or adults with chronic medical conditions.

“We are holding yet another flu clinic later this month so that we can provide as many of our residents as possible with an opportunity to help avoid contracting the flu,” Mayor Kelly Yaede said.
