Hamilton Library to offer “Smorgasbord of Scandinavian Stories”

“A Smorgasbord of Scandinavian Stories,” a storytelling concert and workshop, is scheduled for Saturday, March 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Hamilton Township Library.

Singer and guitarist Roger Latzgo will perform original story songs based on the stories of Hans Christian Andersen.

Storytellers from Garden State Storytellers League and the Storytellers Mosaic Story League will tell stories of Scandinavia.

Workshop participants will create an original Norwegian pourquoi story, original Swedish folktale and original Danish myth.

There will also be savory Scandinavian refreshments.

The event is free and open to the public.
