Hamilton Elks award annual scholarship

The Hamilton Elks presented their annual student scholarship award to Rebecca Hankins May 22.

The $500 scholarship is presented to a family member of a Hamilton Elk who exhibits exceptional academic achievement, leadership qualities, and school activities throughout his or her high school years.

Hankins, a Steinert High graduate, is set to will Emerson College in Boston, Mass., in the fall to study journalism.
