Kuser Elementary School alumnus, Matt DuGuay, returned to his roots to earn the Citizenship in the Community merit badge. The Life Scout helped beautify the school both he and his grandmother attended by cleaning the front gardens. DuGuay removed weeds and landscape tarp and turned the soil so flowers may have a better chance of growing in the future.
