Allies Summer Concert Series to begin July 16

Allies Music Program is set to hold its Summer Concert Series on Wednesday, July 16, August 19 and September 16 From 6 to 7:30 p.m. Concerts will be held at the German American Club, 215 Uncle Pete’s Road, Hamilton.

Live music will be provided by Music Coordinator/Director, Jim Gaven, accompanied by a revolving door of his colleagues as well as individuals the organization serves in a fun, interactive and educational music experience.

The night starts off with showing a live performance/interview/music video of a different Featured Artist of the Night every month, followed by 4-5 songs from the artist as well as preselected cover songs and on-the-spot requested songs from those in attendance.

Percussion instruments will be provided for those in attendance to use and a sign-up list for performing with the band will be at the front when you walk in. At the very end of the night, everyone has the chance to walk away with an informational sheet about the artist on ’10 Facts You Probably Didn’t Know About.’

$5 for Allies individuals, $10 otherwise.
