Teams are set to compete in PEAC Health and Fitness’ weight loss program beginning Sept. 30.

I Lost it at PEAC is a comprehensive, eight-week weight loss program that educates and encourages participants to make healthy changes based on nutrition and exercise. Registration is scheduled to begin September 2.

Participants are grouped into small teams. Each team is assigned a personal coach who teaches them about nutrition and exercise concepts. The program include weekly meetings and weigh-ins, as well as individual nutritional counseling sessions, healthy food lectures and demonstrations.

In 2012, 142 people participated in I Lost it at PEAC; they lost a total of 1,223.8 pounds.

The cost of I Lost it at PEAC is $99 for PEAC members and $199 for non-members. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
