Rhodes awarded Police Officer of the Year

Members of the Ewing Citizens and Organizations Promoting Police Service group presented the Police Officer of the Year award to Officer Albert F. Rhodes for his outstanding service in 2012. A committee within the Ewing Police Department picked Rhodes for the award. Pictured are ECOPPS members Harry Masterson, Luddie Austin, George Stewart, Joe Coult, Officer Albert F.
