PEAC Health & Fitness is set to host a complimentary health lecture, “Vertigo Causes and Treatments” presented by Capital Health on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 11:15 a.m. The lecture will be held at 1440 Lower Ferry Road in Ewing.

Vertigo is the term used to describe dizziness or a range of sensations, such as feeling faint, woozy, weak or unsteady and creates the false sense that you or your surroundings are spinning or moving. According to the Mayo Clinic, dizziness is one of the more common reasons adults visit their doctors. Frequent dizzy spells can significantly affect your life, but rarely signal a life-threatening condition.

The Forever Young Senior Fitness program is open to all individuals over age 50 and offers a variety of age appropriate exercise options, supervised weight workouts and monthly lectures or demonstrations.

The lecture is complimentary and open to all members of the community.
