Police alert thefts in township

BordentownTownship Police issued a burglary alert yesterday, Thursday, Sept. 4. A recent string of thefts occurred in the northern part of Bordentown Township, specifically on Groveville, Highbridge and Hogback Roads. Outdoor sheds and unlocked vehicles were targeted in the crimes. All three roads are in the vicinity of the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility.

The police department would like to remind residents to be sure to lock vehicles at night and secure property like sheds. Report any suspicious activity to the police at 609-298-4300.
