CITY ALERT: Burl Co. to mosquito fog

Bordentown Township has just been advised that Burlington County will be conducting a mosquito fogging detail this evening, Thursday, Aug. 28 between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and midnight. The affected area is to include a one square mile radius surrounding the intersection of Farnsworth Avenue and Municipal Drive.

This fogging detail is a result of recent testing which indicated the presence of the West Nile Virus. The chemical being used to treat the area is ZENIVEX, which poses no health risks to the public. This mosquito fogging detail is mandatory to prevent further exposure and health risks to the public.
