##M:[more]##I am confident that the issue of property taxes is on every West Windsor resident’s mind. In the past few years, property taxes have been on the rise. West Windsor’s tax system has yet to be stabilized and resultantly the burden has fallen to the residents of this town. As a resident of West Windsor for 13 years, I believe it is the duty of those who represent us to address this issue and find ways. Lower taxes are not a campaign slogan. We need some action.
It is for that reason that I strongly support the West Windsor Together Team. With passionate leadership from incumbent Franc Gambatese and newcomers Hsing-Chi Chang and Diane Ciccone, I trust that our town will receive the management and guidance needed to reform our tax system. Gambatese, Chang, and Ciccone have the experience and background necessary to improve the future of West Windsor. The team advocates administering municipal budget accountable so that the burden of taxes will no longer fall on the shoulders of our residents alone.
There is no doubt that on Tuesday, May 8, I will be voting for the West Windsor Together Team: Gambatese, Chang and Ciccone. I trust you will too.

On May 8 citizens of West Windsor will vote to elect three candidates to seats on the Town Council. When they step into the voting booth, however, they will be voting for much more than a Town Council seat. They will, in large measure, be voting for the future of West Windsor because the candidate they elect will shortly be voting on decisions that will significantly effect whether West Windsor decides to move ahead or play it safe.
Fortunately, at this watershed moment, we have the opportunity to vote for three candidates; Frank Gambertese, Diane Ciccone and Hsing-Chi “”Chuck”” Chang who are committed to moving West Windsor forward.
All three have a splendid record of civic involvement and accomplishment. Frank’s business experience, Diane’s law degree and mediator certification, and Chuck’s doctorate in Environmental Health Engineering attest to the personal strengths they have already brought and will continue to bring to West Windsor’s township government.
Their strongest strength is their vision to move West Windsor from Good to Better to BEST. They realize that standing still only makes you a better target. They know that significantly increasing the business tax ratables is of paramount importance. The current 70/30-homeowner/business tax burden is a recipe for financial disaster for many of our fellow citizens. This is unacceptable!
Frank’s record on the Town Council is outstanding. He has constantly spearheaded efforts for open government, improving communication, upgrading roads and pedestrian safety and, most importantly, building consensus. As full members of the planning board, Diane and Chuck have demonstrated that they are on the same wave length as Frank.
I urge my fellow citizens to vote for the West Windsor Together Team on May 8, because if they win, West Windsor wins!

The Council election is coming to town May 8. I have been watching all the things happening around this town. I am really excited. I just want to make sure that these programs will move forward in the right direction. Only way to assure that is to make sure that we elect a team of people who really believe in this town’s progress and willing to work together. That team, without a doubt, is the West Windsor Together Team consisting of Franc Gambatese; Hsing-Chi “”Chuck”” Chang and Diane Ciccone. What a Team!. Aren’t we fortunate?
It is easy to spread rumors and create legal bottlenecks to prevent anything from happening as this town has done for decades. The time is now to move forward in a well planned way. Gambatese has proved himself for the past four years in the Council. He will stand up and fight for the right causes. Dr. Chang with his enormous experience as an environmental scientist and a Planing Board member will be a great asset in the new Council. Ciccone, a past Planning Board member, a well established attorney, an Administrative Law judge, an arbitrator
and New York City daily commuter understands our current needs.
Together they will be perfect to take this town forward. Please vote for Gambatese, Chang and Ciccone on May 8 and tell your friends to do the same. You will be glad you did.

On May 8 I encourage you to vote for the strong and qualified team of Diane Ciccone, Franc Gambatese, and Hsing-chi “”Chuck”” Chang to the West Windsor Township Council.
The independent and nonpartisan West Windsor Together team of Diane, Franc, and Chuck truly represents the voice and diversity of our town. Together, they will work in making and keeping this town livable for us, our children and grandchildren: from bringing in new business to reduce property taxes to a planned coherent township development that will sustain open space preservation to benefit all West Windsor residents.
Diane Ciccone, Esquire, is a member of our Planning Board. Her experience as a commuter to New York, as administrative law judge and mediator will be extremely crucial to the decision making process in the Princeton Junction redevelopment. As an independent nonpartisan member of the Town Council, Diane will always keep in mind what is best for all West Windsor residents. Her mediation background with focus on consensus building will bring results that matter for us during Town Council deliberations.
Franc Gambatese, past president and current member of the WW Township Council, has consistently demonstrated effective leadership and thoughtful representation of the residents of our township. Along with his West Windsor Together teammates, Franc supports open government and transparency in the Township Council decision making process that is critical in future town planning and redevelopment.
Chuck Chang has served on the Planning Board for over 10 years and will bring a solid and extensive experience in environmental safety and engineering to Township Council. His perspective will be equally critical to Council deliberations as we move forward in keeping our town a livable and safe place.
Diane Ciccone, Franc Gambatese and Chuck Chang will focus on what’s important to the residents of our township. Together, they will be a positive, trustworthy and forward thinking team for West Windsor Township.
