Four West Windsor students recently participated in the first Urban Teaching Academy at the College of New Jersey in July. The program was designed by Larry Fieber, a former WW-P assistant principal, to give students the opportunity to explore urban education with field trips, speakers, and forums.
Participating WW-P students are juniors who have completed at least one year in Child Growth and Development or Youth Teaching Youth in the Life Skills Department. High School South students included Hannah Bark and John Yokomizo and High School North students were Allie Leathem, Lillian Ruffo, and Christopher Petrone.
