On March 10, Trenton City Council President Zachary Chester visited The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey’s Mercer County WIC office in honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday. Councilman Chester handed out goodie bags with healthy treats to children waiting for appointments with their parents, while a WIC program volunteer dressed as “The Cat in the Hat” and interacted with children.
