The plan includes creating a traffic circle at the intersection of Wallace Road, Cranbury Road, and Route 571.
In place of the current Ellsworth Center, there would be a parking deck, a kiss and ride drop-off spot, and mixed-use buildings. The power station would be partially wrapped by mixed-use development. This plan includes two housing areas, one with 860 apartments in buildings as high as 5 stories, and another with 140 townhouses. It would create 500,”000 square feet each of office and retail space. It would allow for 10,”400 parking spaces, and Hillier’s projections show that it would bring 328 new school children to the district.
