Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart is set to hold free Young Women in STEM Workshops on October 1 and October 7 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The workshops are for girls in grades five to eight and their parents.
Girls will be able select from one of two projects through which they will explore the engineering design process. Either they will design a package to ship malaria medicine into a remote tropic area or they will design a zip-line to rescue climbers from Mount Everest.
