Boys’ Cross Country

North: A third place finish at the Shore Coaches Invitational on October 3. Joe Rosa set a new record of 15:04, beating the old record, set in 2006, by 12 seconds. Jim Rosa came in second, with a time of 15:16, matching the old record. Jon Squeri finished with a time of 16:00 to finish fourth overall, while Casey Dalrymple finished fourth for the Knights.

A third place finish, with 93 points, at the New Balance Jersey Shore Cougar Invitational on September 26. Jon Squeri finished second overall, with a time of 15:36. Casey Dalrymple finished fourth.

South: A fourth place overall finish at the Shore Coaches Invitational on October 3. Sam Macaluso finished seventh overall, in 16:09.

Girls’ Cross Country

North: Emily Scott finished third overall at the Shore Coaches Invitational on October 3, with a time of 19:09. The team palced 12th.

An eighth place finish at the New Balance Jersey Shore Cougar Invitational on September 26. Emily Scott placed second overall.

South: A fifth place finish overall at the Shore Coaches Invitational on October 3. Caroline Kellner finished fifth, with a time of 19:07 at the Shore Coaches Invitational on October 3. Katie Calder finished fifth for the Pirates, and Shelby Mill finished 25th overall, with a time of 21:15. May Chang finished 42nd, and Jaedi Gambatese finished 58th.

Volleyball

North:A loss to Lawrenceville, 2-1, on October 5.

Lucy Xu had 7 kills and 7 digs, while Ami Sawhney had 7 assists, 3 digs, and 1 block against Bridgewater, 25-25, and then 16-12, on September 29.

A loss to Hunterdon Central, 2-0, on September 25 with scores of 25-15 and 25-11. Lucy Xu: 6 kills, 5 digs.
