The Board of Rabbis and the Jewish Federation of Princeton Mercer Bucks are set to host S’lihot Night on Saturday, September 5, 2015. The event will take place at Beth El Synagogue located at 50 Maple Stream Road in East Windsor at 8:30 p.m.
S’lihot Night will featuer musician Ami Yares. Yares is a New Jersey born, Philadelphia living, world traveling folk musician with a knack for making music that moves you physically, spiritually and politically. This Selichot concert marks one year since Yares’ return to the US after nine years of living and working in Israel.
Admission to the event is free. Refreshments will be served at 8:30 p.m. and the Havdalah and concert will begin at 8:55 p.m. S’lihot will be at 10 p.m.
